Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aoewin3 ("aoewin3", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the aoewin3.net website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Providing false information during registration, including false age or identity information, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Account Registration
To access real-money games on aoewin3, you must create an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

- Valid email address

- Residential address
- Preferred currency (Philippine Peso)

Account Verification

Section 4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aoewin3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced security
- Never share your login credentials with any third party
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
- Notify aoewin3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. aoewin3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Security Best Practices: aoewin3 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission. However, you must also take steps to protect your own devices. Deposits & Withdrawals
aoewin3 supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as listed on the Platform. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers.
- Processing Time: E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours to reflect in your account.
- Fees: aoewin3 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
- Deposit Limits: Unverified accounts may be subject to daily deposit limits. Fully verified accounts have higher or no deposit limits, depending on VIP status.
Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals are usually completed within 1-4 hours after approval. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
- Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. If your account is not yet verified, you must complete the verification process before your withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000 and a monthly limit of ₱500,000. VIP accounts have higher limits based on tier.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.

aoewin3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected. We also reserve the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
aoewin3 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in the promotion details.
General Bonus Terms
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Some bonuses may be restricted to new players, while others are available to existing players.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. - Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, you may be subject to a maximum bet limit (typically ₱100-₱500 per spin or hand). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Expiry: Bonuses and their wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period (typically 7-30 days). If you do not meet the requirements within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- Maximum Withdrawal: Some bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit (e.g., "maximum cashout of ₱10,000"). Any winnings above this limit will be removed when you request a withdrawal.
Bonus Abuse: aoewin3 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that exploits bonuses in bad faith. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
aoewin3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from a promotion if we suspect abuse or violation of the promotion terms.
Section 7
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on aoewin3 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. aoewin3 does not control or manipulate game results in any way.
Game Integrity
- RNG Certification: All slot machines, video poker, and RNG-based table games use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) are streamed in real time from professional studios. These games use physical cards, dice, and wheels, with outcomes determined by real dealers in real time.

Player Conduct

If we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of bots, exploitation of software errors, collusion, or any other form of cheating, we reserve the right to void all bets, confiscate winnings, and close your account without prior notice.
If you encounter a technical error or malfunction during gameplay (e.g., a game freezes, displays incorrect information, or pays out incorrectly), you must report it to aoewin3 support immediately. Continuing to play or attempting to exploit a known error is a violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on aoewin3. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
- Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account.
- Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Money Laundering: Using aoewin3 to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

aoewin3 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms. We may suspend your account during the investigation and may request additional documentation or information. If a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Termination
aoewin3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Failure to complete account verification when requested
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
- Being identified as a self-excluded individual or appearing on a gambling exclusion list
- At our sole discretion, if we believe your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to aoewin3, other players, or the integrity of our services
If your account is suspended, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted. If your account is terminated, any remaining balance may be forfeited, depending on the reason for termination.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting aoewin3 support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access it or create a new account using the same personal information.

Intellectual Property
All content on the aoewin3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of aoewin3 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written permission
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content
- Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract content from the Platform
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
The aoewin3 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of aoewin3. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aoewin3 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds or winnings
- Loss of data or account access
- Technical errors, malfunctions, or interruptions
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Errors in game results or payouts
- Any other loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform
aoewin3 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against aoewin3.
